My REMI is not detected by my computer / REMI's music is unavailable

If your REMI is not detected by your computer, your music has disappeared or REMI's sounds are not downloading, there is probably a problem with the internal memory of your REMI. Please contact us, we will send you a replacement SD card if needed.
