Before you start REMI's pairing:
- Check that your smartphone is connected to the internet, wifi or 3G/4G. This is important for the pairing to follow
- Make sure that the Bluetooth of your smartphone is activated
- Restart your internet box and your smartphone
- On Android: check that the REMI application has access to your location data and to Bluetooth (this is due to the Android system - the REMI application does not even look at them)
- On iOS: authorize the application to access the Bluetooth
- Check that your wifi password does not contain the special character "\"
