I did not receive a confirmation email

There may be several reasons if you did not receive any confirmation email when placing your order:

1. The email is in your "Spam" or "Junk mail" folder. We advise you to take a look there.
2. You entered the wrong email address when ordering. Perhaps you wrote gmail.fr instead of gmail.com. Or you have used a different email address than the one you normally use. In this case we advise you to contact us by indicating your first and last name as well as the date of your order. This will allow us to find your order.
