Baby monitor Activation Threshold

When you are listening to the baby monitor, the 'Listen' button is active,  an activation threshold allows you to hear only the noises that interest you.

The same threshold is also used to adjust the sensitivity of the notifications.

Noise > Set threshold :

When the noise detected by the baby monitor is above the set threshold, you will hear it on your smartphone.

Noise < Set threshold :

When it drops below this threshold, the sound on the smartphone is automatically muted after 15 seconds, but the listening continues on the background.

Good to know:

During the night, when the child sleeps, set this threshold around 10% in order to hear if he wakes up.

For children who are playing, but you’d like to hear their cries (if any), set this threshold to 70%.

Continuous listening:

For continuous listening, move this threshold all the way to the left.

Notifications:

This activation threshold is also used to adjust the sensitivity of the notifications, even if the 'Listen' button is not active.
