Payment error

Several reasons may the payment error when you order your REMI. Below you will find the list of the most recurring incidents on the platform:
  • Refused payment 
  • Payment canceled by customer 
  • Error during 3D Secure check 
  • Insufficient funds

To place your order, first try the following steps:
  • Try another web browser
  • Use private browsing

If the error message reappears several times, we advise you to try again with another bank card, if possible from a different issuer. If the incident persists, please contact us.
