In mainland France, you should receive your REMI within three to five working days. Delivery times in other countries depend on the management of local carriers, but REMI is generally delivered within 7 working days after payment.
To track the delivery status of your REMI, go to the carrier's website and enter the shipping number you've received by email. If the package is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us.
If the package is not marked as delivered, please wait 14 days after the shipping date so that we can open an inquiry with our logistics partner.
